Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversight of strategic projects, aligning with corporate goals
• Cross-functional coordination to drive project milestones and address challenges
• Support for PMI execution through integration plans, tracking progress, and realizing synergies
• Leadership support to the Corporate Strategy team on various initiatives
• Development of support materials, coordination plans, and communication channels for strategic initiatives
• Advanced analytics using Excel, SQL, and other software
• Creation of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations for financial trends and operational metrics
• Development of visually compelling presentations for strategic recommendations and project updates

Qualifications (must Have)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, the Sciences, or Engineering
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in a similar role managing strategic projects and/or conducting advanced business analytics
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, handle multiple assignments, and manage deadlines
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and effective utilization of office management technology
• Professional demeanor, articulate communication, and good judgment
• Able to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Working knowledge of SQL

Pay

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 /yr
