Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
- Direct aerospace professionals and stakeholders to ensure execution of sourcing strategies to meet program deliverables
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

Pay
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $92,900 - $116,200.
Schedule
You will work out of one of our Aerospace facilities on a Hybrid work schedule.
