Senior Strategic Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and transition of major contract customers
• Direct contract management focusing on growth strategies and P&L
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of contracts and processes
• Develop bid strategies in collaboration with Sales
• Contribute to annual business forecasting and planning
• Implement process improvements for new and existing contracts
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring performance and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience; equivalent combinations acceptable
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity
• Negotiation skills for customer contract renewals
• Ability to travel between customer sites as necessary
