Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager
About the role
The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager will oversee and grow partnerships with strategic managed services providers (MSPs) in the legal services and ediscovery industry. This role is crucial for Everlaw's revenue growth and involves managing complex business relationships to build impactful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic partnerships with named Everlaw partners in the LSP (legal service provider) and eDiscovery industry, developing joint businesses with partners and growing Everlaw’s channel revenues.
- Develop key strategic relationships and build mid-to-long term business plans and commercial models with each key partner managed.
- Drive and execute on partner plans by managing partners to planned success metrics including partner sales and delivery capabilities, partner pipeline generation, partner revenues, and end customer adoption.
- Partner closely with BD’s partner development function by developing new partnership structures, supporting with partnership deal development and activating early stage partners to become productive and scalable partner businesses.
- Collaborate closely with Everlaw’s cross-functional GTM organizations including sales to develop and execute joint pipeline and drive deal execution on key co-selling opportunities, marketing to develop comarketing plans and execute on joint demand generation, and enablement to help advance partners’ Everlaw practices.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in eDiscovery technology, Everlaw’s distinctive product offering, the service provider ecosystem, and overall market and industry trends.
- Contribute to Everlaw’s overall partnership strategy and Everlaw’s partner program in collaboration with the BD team and with Everlaw’s go-to-market organization.
Requirements
You must have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in partnerships or channel management. You should have a track record of managing partnerships with proven business results, experience in eDiscovery or related technologies, and a natural curiosity about new businesses, products, and industries.

Benefits
- The annual base salary for this position is between $135,800 - $171,500, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of between $194,000 - $245,000, representing a 70/30 compensation split. Eligibility for the commission portion is performance-based and subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics, which are governed by Everlaw's policies and incentive plans.
