What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic accounts within your assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and close large-scale data center cabling opportunities
  • Build and expand relationships with technical buyers and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and cold prospecting
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales strategies tailored to customer needs
  • Execute territory plans to exceed revenue and margin goals
  • Upsell and cross-sell across CABLExpress core product offerings
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive customer success
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 5+ years of experience selling structured cabling or data center solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing accounts
  • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level customers
  • Strong solution-selling skills with the ability to communicate technical value
  • Comfortable engaging both technical audiences and C-level executives
  • Highly driven, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Skilled at building pipeline through proactive prospecting
