Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of university policies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to enhance academic programs and services.
- Assist in the recruitment and retention of high-quality faculty and staff members.
- Oversee the administration of student affairs and support services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning and program evaluation.
- Knowledge of higher education laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
