About the role
Productize the Portal: Convert today’s custom portal implementations into a standard, configurable, multi-tenant product with clear packaging, pricing inputs, and self-service capabilities — so we stop selling one-off portals and start selling a product.
Partner-led Distribution: Define the roadmap for the productized corporate portal offering sold with and through partners.
Customer Experience: Deliver a differentiated, modern user experience for corporate clients, travel management companies, and travel sellers built on Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform.
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the portal product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, partner requirements, and customer needs.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, partner teams, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver, launch, and scale the portal product.
Product Performance: Define success metrics for portal adoption, implementation time, and partner-sourced revenue; monitor and continuously improve.
