Senior Staff Product Manager, Fertility & Family Building San Francisco, CA; Remote, US

About the role

Maven is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families, offering comprehensive healthcare solutions. The Senior Staff Product Manager for Fertility & Family Building will own the member-facing fertility product end-to-end, supporting individuals through their journey from natural conception to assisted reproduction.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fertility & Family Building product surface across the full member journey, including natural conception and in-treatment.
• Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and drive continuous improvement: engagement, activation, clinical outcomes.
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine: form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound learnings.
• Bring a strong point of view on how AI changes what we build and how fast we build it, and apply it to your own workflow.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in health tech, particularly in the fertility space.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing and AI-powered features in production, not just prototypes.
• Strong data instincts: defining the right metrics, working with complex datasets, and communicating findings effectively to both clinical and commercial audiences.
• A founder mentality: owning the outcome, pushing through ambiguity without waiting for permission.
• Deep clinical empathy: understanding the emotional and medical stakes of fertility journeys in your product decisions.
• Cross-functional fluency: comfortable in clinical reviews, data dives, and engineering sprints.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $245,000 - $340,000 per year. Additional compensation includes equity and benefits.

Schedule

This role is open to candidates in remote locations with a strong preference for San Francisco, CA; secondary locations include Seattle, WA and New York, NY. Maven operates a flexible hybrid work model, encouraging in-person collaboration for those in the New York Metropolitan area, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA.
