Overview

Seed Health is a microbiome science company focused on developing clinically validated products for gut and whole-body health. The company is known for its flagship product, DS-01® Daily Synbiotic, and has expanded into other categories like PDS-08® for pediatric health, VS-01™ for vaginal health, and Co-Biotics for daily nutrition and energy.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy for product areas such as growth funnel and post-purchase member experience
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product vision, aligning with company-level metrics and translating Seed's science, brand, and retention goals into experiences that earn sustained engagement
  • Set measurable goals tied to business KPIs and own the outcomes, not just the roadmap
  • Design and run short-cycle experiments to test real hypotheses about member behavior, generating signal rather than just shipping
  • Partner with Product Design to set creative and strategic direction for member-facing experiences
  • Collaborate across the growth-to-member handoff and cross-sell positioning, ensuring a seamless journey for members moving from acquisition to a multi-product subscription relationship
  • Contribute to multi-category portfolio expansion by exploring what members want and where the experience needs to evolve to support new products and channels
  • Inform how Seed's owned digital experience evolves alongside emerging agentic commerce channels
  • Present strategy and experiment results to leadership with clarity and conviction

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant depth in one or more of: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience
  • Experience in subscription or membership businesses at meaningful scale, understanding that both growth and retention are fundamentally experience problems
  • Analytical fluency, comfortable with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and experiment design, with familiarity in SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude)
  • Urgency and proactive judgment, able to reframe, escalate, or kill work when necessary
  • Opinionated and substantive, yet intellectually honest, forming strong hypotheses and updating them based on evidence
  • Clear and structured communication, making complex strategy legible to senior stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and your own team
  • Bonus: experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, or premium consumer brands; familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or subscription platforms; exposure to lifecycle/CRM systems (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable), content-as-product, or personalization systems
