This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded marketing professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and customer engagement.

• Tech Breakdown: 40% RF Semiconductor Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
• Customer & Market Engagement: 25%
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering and Operations: 20%
• Competitive Analysis, Pricing, and Business Planning: 15%

Daily Responsibilities:

• Product Marketing & Portfolio Management: 35%
• Customer-Facing Technical Support and Product Definition: 30%
• Sales Enablement, Training, and Marketing Collateral Creation: 20%
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: 15%

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, product marketing, product management, or a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave semiconductor technologies
• Experience with GaN, MMIC, power amplifiers, or related RF products
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, reliability, and qualification processes
• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing activities and technical sales initiatives
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience launching and commercializing new technology products

Qualifications

• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or data center markets
• Familiarity with distribution channels and partner-based sales models
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence experience
• Product roadmap planning experience
• Strong business case development and pricing strategy knowledge
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments without direct authority
• International customer engagement experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
