Senior/Staff Product Designer, AI

About the role

The Senior/Staff Product Designer will lead the design of innovative products that leverage artificial intelligence technologies to solve complex problems and enhance user experiences. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, this role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, research, and marketing to deliver impactful designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of AI-driven product features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate design concepts into technical specifications
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI and design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional product design experience
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
