About the role

The Senior/Staff Product Designer will lead the design of innovative products that leverage artificial intelligence to solve complex problems. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, this role is responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of AI-driven product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and product management
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure product usability
• Develop and maintain design systems to support scalable product development
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI and design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design
• Experience with AI technologies and tools
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
