Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

This is a hands-on, onsite data center technician role focused on physical infrastructure operations, supporting a 24x7 mission-critical environment. Shift work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on installation, break/fix, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, and network devices)
• Perform structured cabling (fiber and copper), cabinet buildouts, and assist with space planning in accordance with design standards
• Support 24x7 Data Center operations through incident response, troubleshooting, and shift coverage
• Execute small to mid-size infrastructure tasks and projects across competing priorities
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset tracking, and audit records
• Adhere to strict safety, security, and change management procedures
• Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled monitoring and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and incident response

Requirements

• An individual with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field or with 5-7 years of field experience working in large scale data centers
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills in a production environment
• Ability to work in a data center environment, including lifting equipment (50–70 lbs), working in raised-floor environments, and standing for extended periods

Pay

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
