About the role

Join Checkout.com's Americas Marketing team as a Field Marketing, Senior Specialist. In this high-impact role, you will own and scale our field marketing strategy, planning and execution in the North America market to drive business growth and accelerate revenue. Partnering closely with our North American commercial and sales leadership teams, you will be the driving force behind regional events, account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and high-touch executive programs that build a measurable sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events across North America—including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, regional conferences, and roadshows.
  • Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in close coordination with North American sales leadership, ensuring programs align seamlessly with territory plans and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prioritize markets, priority accounts, and formats that will have the greatest impact on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Manage high-value investments, venue relationships, speakers, and third-party event sponsorships from negotiation through to on-site execution.
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact from every program, sharing accountability for regional pipeline targets tied directly to North American field marketing initiatives.
  • Develop data-driven audience acquisition plans grounded in Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Total Addressable Market (TAM), and persona targeting to ensure strong attendance from key decision-makers.
  • Partner hand-in-hand with Sales and BDR teams to orchestrate pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize registration-to-attendance conversion and rapid sales follow-up.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program ROI, pipeline sourced/influenced, and attendee engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance against KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary field marketing point of contact for North American commercial teams, bringing field and buyer insights back to the broader marketing organization to inform global campaign strategy.
  • Cross-coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, and brand teams to create compelling event collateral, localized messaging, and integrated follow-up assets.
  • Manage regional field marketing budgets with a strict bias toward efficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks and documentation for field programs that can be leveraged and replicated across other regions and customer segments.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in field marketing events within B2B SaaS, FinTech, payments, or related hyper-growth technology sectors.
  • A pipeline-first mindset with a track record of driving measurable revenue impact through field programs; you think in terms of pipeline numbers and deal acceleration, not just attendance.
  • An execution-oriented self-starter who is highly self-directed, moves fast, takes extreme ownership, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal oversight.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence sales leadership, collaborate with marketing peers, and manage external vendors effectively.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the structural discipline to juggle multiple complex programs, regions, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Operational proficiency across the marketing tech stack, including CRMs, marketing automation, and event software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot/Marketo, Splash, Zoom, or similar).
  • A willingness and ability to travel 25%–40% of the time for event execution and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with event planning and management tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot/Marketo, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, FinTech, and payments industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
