About the role

This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by serving as a team supervisor/manager for the day-to-day operations of a medium to large-sized corporate actions team. You’ll manage daily activities and initiatives, align team resources, and assign tasks to complete daily work. You’ll support and complete client inquiries and requests, and resolve complex escalated issues from subordinate staff. You’ll direct, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring work quality, review, documentation, and supervisory approvals are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities and initiatives, align team resources, and assign tasks to complete daily work.
  • Support and complete client inquiries and requests, and resolve complex escalated issues from subordinate staff.
  • Direct, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring work quality, review, documentation, and supervisory approvals are completed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of technical and/or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • People leadership experience, including supervising, reviewing work, preparing performance reviews, and providing ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
