About the role

The Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is responsible for monitoring and reporting on client portfolio performance, owning the online tools and reporting platform, troubleshooting issues, managing platform-related problems, answering escalated client inquiries, applying industry research to predict future trends, publishing white papers on industry trends and opportunities, and training clients on report production.

Responsibilities

  • Makes sure client portfolio performance is accurately monitored and reported.
  • Owes the online tools and reporting platform, resolves issues, and addresses platform-related problems.
  • Handles escalated client inquiries regarding risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance compared to peers.
  • Predicts future trends using industry research and publishes white papers on industry trends and opportunities for product and capability revenue expansion.
  • Trains clients on report production and enhances the client experience by addressing client concerns and needs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • At least 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in trading or brokerage is preferred.
  • Knowledge of client portfolio performance reporting, risk management, asset allocation, and performance analysis is required.
  • May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
