Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Conventional Debt
About the role
The Senior Associate, Client Processing - Conventional Debt role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves providing complex analytics and reporting services, managing external client issues, participating in product development, and enhancing system testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
- Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
- Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
- Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare transmission files and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
