About the role

The Senior Specialist, RTB Domain Lead role is located in New York, NY. This role is responsible for owning 1–2 operational verticals within the Digital Assets business, ensuring processes are efficient, controlled, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations of assigned RTB vertical(s)
  • Process execution and performance
  • Service delivery and SLA adherence
  • Issue escalation and resolution
  • Serve as the primary accountable owner for domain outcomes
  • RTB Vertical Coverage (Example Domains): Deal origination support and sales enablement, Contracting and onboarding governance, Client onboarding and lifecycle management, Client implementation and activation, Pricing and commercial setup, Billing, invoicing, and revenue realization, Production support (Operations and Technology; incident management, SLAs), Transaction lifecycle (custody, staking, execution, processing flows), Reconciliation and financial controls, Operational efficiency and automation initiatives, Product expansion and new capability enablement, Process Design & Optimization, Document and maintain end-to-end workflows, SOPs, and controls, Identify opportunities to improve: Efficiency and throughput, Automation and scalability, Control effectiveness, Uplift & Transformation Execution, Execute targeted improvement initiatives within domain, Partner with RTB Program Lead (SVP) to deliver transformation roadmap, Track and report on progress against defined milestones, Future-State Readiness, Ensure new products and capabilities are operationally ready for launch, Support: Readiness validation and go/no-go decisions, Process and control design, Client servicing readiness, Risk, Control & Compliance, Maintain strong control environment within domain: Reconciliations, approvals, monitoring, reporting, Ensure processes are audit-ready and aligned to regulatory expectations, Metrics & Reporting, Define and track domain-specific KPIs: Operational performance, Control effectiveness, Client outcomes, Contribute to WOR and operational reporting, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Finance, Represent domain in working groups and governance forums

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3–6+ years of experience in operations, product, or risk (financial services preferred)
    • Strong process orientation and analytical mindset
    • Experience in process improvement, documentation, and KPI tracking
    • Core Competencies: Execution and attention to detail, Process ownership and accountability, Analytical thinking and problem solving, Collaboration and stakeholder management, Risk and control awareness
