Responsibilities
- Technically guide, manage, and govern teams on Azure
- Architect, design, and implement solutions on-premises in the cloud and using hybrid models
- Deploy a variety of generative models
- Fine-tune and customize pretrained AI models with a good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI, data engineering, and large data processing
- Develop and deliver upskilling sessions to customers
- Work with Python and PySpark
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions
- Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on-premises in the cloud and using hybrid models
- Handson experience in deploying a variety of generative models
- In-depth experience in fine-tuning and customizing pretrained AI models with a good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI, data engineering, and large data processing
- Handson experience in Prompt Engineering, Azure Open AI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases, and developing and delivering upskilling sessions
- Experience with MLOps and LLMOps
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on Azure
- Minimum BCAMCABEBTech or equivalent educational qualification
- MTech or MS preferred
