Senior Sourcing Specialist

Position Summary

The Sourcing Specialist partners closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across multiple geographic regions. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting workforce planning needs. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, and skilled at identifying talent in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Conduct market research to evaluate talent availability, competitor activity, and sourcing strategies
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other online tools
• Build and maintain diverse applicant sources through creative and strategic recruiting methods
• Promote and represent the company brand consistently to candidates
• Utilize sourcing metrics and data to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to build talent pipelines
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events to generate qualified candidates
• Screen and refer qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for further consideration
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience, with a focus on professional and exempt-level roles
• 3 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and online sourcing tools (Workday preferred)
• Strong experience with internet sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
