Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will support high-volume sourcing and procurement activity with a strong focus on facilities management operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage supplier relationships, contracts, and RFP activity while helping drive cost savings, service quality, and operational performance across client locations. The position also partners closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver strong execution, accurate reporting, and consistent customer service.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $104,500 – $114,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of sourcing, procurement, and vendor management amid high transaction volumes
• Provide specialized contracting and sourcing support for facilities management operations
• Maintain contracts and vendor databases while researching and negotiating with suppliers
• Oversee the RFP process, including preparation, release, and summarization of proposals
• Prepare detailed reports on contracts, spend, and savings, measuring client satisfaction with SLAs and KPIs
• Conduct market analysis to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance
• Lead project management efforts for sourcing and installations of equipment at client locations

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SpendHQ and Corrigo is a plus
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Proven record of exceptional customer service and communication skills
