Responsibilities include managing sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for assigned specialties and geographies, overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, and maintaining knowledge of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for assigned specialties and geographies.
• Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing physicians and/or advanced practice clinicians.
• A strong understanding of healthcare talent markets and competitive specialties.
• Experience building talent pipelines from the ground up.
• Strong passive-candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
• A genuine interest in sharing ideas, testing new approaches, and continuously improving sourcing strategies and results.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• Bachelor's: Human Resources, Healthcare or other related field.
• Typical Experience: 5 years of recent relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures.
• Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate.
• Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
• Able to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges.
• Must be a self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time.
