About the role

Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services and Physician Experience, the Senior Physician Recruiter owns full-cycle physician recruitment for Frontier Radiology. As a senior individual contributor, you will run end-to-end recruiting for radiologists across sub-specialties and markets — from sourcing and outreach through offer acceptance — and partner with leadership to hit hiring targets while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will be a trusted ambassador of our employer brand to the radiologist community — partnering with marketing on compelling recruiting collateral, representing Frontier Radiology at regional and national conferences, and ensuring every candidate experience reflects our patient-centric culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle physician recruiting pipeline from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage.
  • Execute Frontier Radiology's physician recruiting strategy across sub-specialties, training programmes (residency and fellowship), and target markets, contributing ideas to continuously improve it.
  • Manage your pipeline against goals, conversion benchmarks, and time-to-fill targets in partnership with leadership; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and maintain recruiting collateral, presentations, one-pagers, digital content, and talking points that authentically represent Frontier Radiology's culture, clinical environment, and career opportunities.
  • Engage practicing radiologists, radiology residents, and fellows across sub-specialties and training programmes through proactive, personalized outreach.
  • Represent Frontier Radiology at regional and national radiology conferences, society meetings, and residency programme events.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive compensation models, sub-specialty demand, and national recruiting dynamics; translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with operations, credentialing/privileging, and physician leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment between recruiting commitments and operational capacity.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, produce regular pipeline reports, and present insights and recommendations to the Director of Clinical Services and Physician Experience and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in physician recruiting or healthcare talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with highly educated, discerning professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and run full-cycle physician recruiting as a senior individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately one week per month.

Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting physicians, specifically radiologists or other imaging specialists.
  • Familiarity with radiology sub-specialties, training pathways (residency and fellowship), and the competitive landscape for radiologist talent.
  • Existing network within the radiology or broader physician community.
  • Exposure to physician compensation structures and practice models.
  • Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Ashby) and strong data literacy to track pipeline metrics and report on recruiting outcomes.
