Senior Solutions Architect, Engagement Manager - NVIS

Responsibilities

• Guide account coordination from early planning through support handover and readiness
• Create concise RAG view updates and executive summaries highlighting progress and risks
• Drive resolution of blockers and customer delivery risks with clear actions
• Align project scope and commitments with Sales and Solution Architecture teams
• Provide clear technical guidelines for customer requirements

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in customer-facing roles, engagement leadership, and technical delivery
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations
• Experience creating structured executive updates and risk management docs
• Strong skills in risk resolution while maintaining strategic oversight and awareness
• Excellent communication and partner management skills with technical expertise in data centers, AI, or cloud services
• Able to travel up to 25% and support weekend work when necessary
