Canon U.S.A. Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY, seeks a developing professional for a full-time hybrid role. This position reports to a Manager or Senior Manager and may mentor or supervise one or two less experienced staff.

About the role

The Senior Solutions Analyst researches, plans, and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures, or methodologies through detailed data analysis. This role drives the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of innovative solutions leveraging Canon and third-party technologies to meet evolving customer and market requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategies with key decision-makers and end-user customers to maintain and increase Canon-branded and third-party software solution installs and future sales.
  • Program management of existing and future product development initiatives across Canon organizations, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partnering directly with Canon customers, prospects, and sales teams to understand business objectives, assess technology requirements, and drive customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Leading discovery and requirements-gathering sessions, analyzing organizational processes, defining project scope and priorities, and providing solution recommendations and estimates.
  • Serving as the technical lead and subject matter expert throughout the sales and solution development lifecycle, including providing solution demonstrations, technical consultations, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Translating customer needs into scalable solution recommendations, developing and delivering comprehensive solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and professional services cost estimates.
  • Collaborating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to define scope, articulate solution value, establish implementation approaches, and provide accurate pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience with CRM and ECM.
  • Proven success as a Project Manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in IT technologies and communicating technically with client IT professionals.
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs individually and assist in lifting, carrying, and moving equipment weighing 275+ pounds with the help of others.

Schedule

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week unless business needs dictate otherwise. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change based on business needs.

Pay

Anticipated salary range for this role: $92,210 - $138,080 annually.
