About the role
The NVIDIA Experience (NVEX) Solutions Engineering team is seeking a skilled software engineer to provide exceptional support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers. This role involves applying advanced AI technologies to resolve customer issues, develop support tools, and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance customer issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer issues, gather necessary information such as logs and reproductions.
- Utilize AI to enhance product development and support tools.
- Document customer interactions and contribute to the enhancement of the knowledge base.
- Create, maintain, and version documentation related to customer support processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in the creation and improvement of support workflows, including AI-driven solutions for customer issues and software development.
- Occasionally work on weekends and holidays to support customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of technical expertise.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a passion for problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Software engineering experience.
- Customer support experience.
- Technical expertise in NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU.
- Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration (e.g., CUDA).
