Senior Solution Engineer for NVIDIA Experience, Compute Software

About the role

The NVIDIA Experience (NVEX) Solutions Engineering team is seeking a skilled software engineer to provide exceptional support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers. This role leverages the latest AI technologies to address customer issues, ensuring they are delighted with their experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance customer issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and resolve customer issues, gathering necessary logs, reproductions, and other relevant information.
• Apply AI techniques to improve products and support tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document customer interactions and knowledge base enhancements to ensure continuous improvement.
• Create, maintain, and version documentation related to customer support processes, procedures, and guidelines.
• Engage in the development and enhancement of internal tools and products to support solution engineering workflows.
• Occasionally work on weekends and holidays to support customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to tailor explanations to the technical level of the audience.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a passion for problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering experience.
• Customer support experience.
• Technical expertise in NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU.
• Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration (e.g., CUDA).
