Senior Solution Consultant (POC Architecture Team - AI Focus)

About the role

The Senior Solution Consultant will support complex pre-sales initiatives by designing proof-of-concept solutions that address critical business challenges. You will combine technical expertise, consulting skills, and AI capabilities to create impactful customer experiences. Working closely with sales, product, engineering, and enablement teams, you will influence solution strategy and product evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate performance management (CPM), technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience using AI solutions, including large language models and AI-enabled tools, to improve processes and develop workflow solutions.
• Familiarity with creating AI workflow configurations, skill files, or applications that improve operational efficiency.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying applications or technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of CPM concepts, including consolidation, planning, reporting, data integration, and visualization.
• Experience with data analytics, financial modeling, data transformation, and business intelligence concepts.
• Ability to develop or understand applications using technologies such as JavaScript frameworks, SQL, XML, VBA, VB.NET, or C# is preferred.
• Strong database knowledge, including SQL scripts and functions.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise finance solutions or similar platforms is a plus.
