Senior Solution Consultant - Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Public Sector)

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales activities using the company’s frameworks like Demo2Win and MEDDIC
• Develop expertise in the company’s GRC solutions tailored for Public Sector use cases
• Collaborate with sales to create account plans and shape deal strategies
• Conduct customer assessments and build Proof of Concepts to demonstrate solution fit
• Ensure long-term customer success through collaboration with clients and implementation teams
• Utilize AI tools to enhance presales execution and promote the company’s AI capabilities
• Maintain diligent documentation of presales processes and updates

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years with a Master's; or 2 years with a PhD
• Expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions is preferred
• Experience in the Public Sector, specifically with Federal, State, and Local governmental agencies
• Strong capability to present value-driven software demos and gather business needs
• Technical experience with SaaS solutions and integration (API) is advantageous

• On Target Earnings (OTE) between $156,000 and $255,000 annually
