As a Senior Solution Consultant, Finance and Business Services, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business decision-making for our clients using Anaplan's advanced AI-infused scenario planning and analysis platform. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, implementing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define and implement customized solutions leveraging Anaplan's platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to enhance client adoption and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions to identify and prioritize client needs.
- Develop and deliver training programs to help clients effectively utilize Anaplan's features.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet client expectations and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or implementation role within the finance and business services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Anaplan software.
