Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and partners via virtual and onsite meetings
• Lead product demonstrations and identify solution alignment
• Assist sales in developing account plans
• Conduct process assessments and build Proof of Concepts
• Ensure customer success through collaboration with partners
• Develop new use-cases and showcase solution impact
• Deliver coaching or training to peers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent career experience
• Knowledge in Financial Reporting, GRC, or Sustainability Reporting preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and continuous improvement
• Experience with SaaS solutions and cloud technologies preferred
• Ability to articulate solutions to business problems

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
