About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end technical strategy and architectural vision for complex enterprise ecosystems centered on the Salesforce platform and broader SaaS integrations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution—leading high-stakes discovery sessions, crafting scalable cross-cloud architectures, and guiding delivery teams toward operational excellence. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in presales solutioning, mentoring junior architects and engineers, and defining best practices that drive long-term client success. This role requires regular onsite work at our client's location in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overarching technical design for enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds) and integrated SaaS/ERP platforms.
  • Architect and design Partner Relationship Management (PRM) products.
  • Deliver technical and non-technical documentation for assigned projects, including relevant architecture diagrams (data models, high-level architecture, integration architecture, etc.).
  • Responsible for overall solution design, build task development, estimating effort to complete build tasks, and oversight of reporting/dashboard creation and UAT.
  • Evaluate declarative vs. custom programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC), off-the-shelf AppExchange products, and custom integrations to balance cost, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Demonstrate ability to perform Salesforce administration/configuration/data migration duties as needed.
  • Work effectively individually and with team members and client stakeholders toward customer satisfaction and success.
  • Act as a solution subject matter expert (SME), working with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to accurately scope sales proposals.
  • Partner with Project Managers to encourage a collaborative environment with delivery and customer project teams.
  • Seek opportunities to develop professional and technical skills while providing guidance and support to team members for technical and professional growth.
  • Achieve and maintain necessary Salesforce technical certifications and Salesforce partner certifications.
  • Create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams to demonstrate design concepts and tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience designing and implementing Salesforce-centric enterprise solutions in a consulting or agency environment.
  • 3+ years in a dedicated Senior Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or Principal Consultant role leading multi-cloud implementations.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management).
  • Deep mastery of core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service) along with hands-on expertise in at least two specialized domains (e.g., CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds).
  • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Marketing functions.
  • Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect track (or equivalent combined credentials including Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Integration/Data Architecture certifications). Minimum 5–6 certifications.
  • Previous experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform.
  • Full-time permanent US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Salesforce cloud knowledge specific to industry/verticals (Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, etc.).
  • Basic level of knowledge of common enterprise systems (CRM or ERP).
  • Travel as required by client or project milestones.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours with an emphasis on life-work balance.
  • Remote flexible work; company office locations in Palm Coast, FL; Atlanta, GA; Tysons, VA; and Lexington, KY.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 401K with company match.
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage.
  • Competitive quarterly bonus opportunities.
  • Continuing education and certification reimbursements, specifically within the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems.
  • Occasional in-house competitions with spot bonuses.
  • Frequent team and culture activities, virtual and in-person, including Lunch and Learns, Happy Hours, and team-building events.
  • Monthly All-Hands calls to bring the company together, with an open-door leadership policy for mentorship and guidance.
  • Opportunities for accelerated growth, networking, and career guidance.
