Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evolve the core messaging for Manhattan Active Platform, emphasizing its differentiated architecture, openness and continuous innovation.
  • Craft differentiated positioning for platform tools, showcasing how developers and customers can extend, integrate, and innovate with Manhattan’s technology.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based stories that resonate with executives, business leaders, and technical audiences.
  • Partner with Product Management and Programs to define launch plans for new platform capabilities and developer tools.
  • Build go-to-market strategies that amplify platform differentiation across industries and verticals.
  • Develop enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and Partners that include messaging frameworks, pitch decks, FAQs, and value calculators.
  • Create authoritative content that highlights Manhattan’s leadership in cloud-native architecture, composability and AI-driven automation.
  • Partner with corporate communications and digital marketing to develop blogs, white papers, webinars, and keynote materials.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and spokesperson in internal briefings, analyst relations, and customer-facing events.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with Partner and Sales teams to ensure unified messaging across the Manhattan portfolio.
    • Partner with R&D, Professional Services and Customer Services to amplify Manhattan ProActive and Agent Foundry adoption through campaigns, developer stories, and showcase demos.
    • Support analyst relations and press briefings with strong, data-driven narratives about Manhattan’s technology leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B or SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 3 years on cloud platform, developer, or technology marketing.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and modern enterprise technology stack.
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales teams with positioning, competitive intelligence, and enablement assets.
  • Background in supply chain, retail, or commerce technology industries.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, architects, CTOs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, integration ecosystems, or developer communities a plus.
