Senior Software Engineer - Hosted Web (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient frontend systems and backend flows
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to develop features
• Promote and implement engineering best practices
• Make architecture decisions that prioritize scalability and simplicity
• Debug production issues using telemetry data
• Foster a culture of empathy in software development
• Lead AI experimentation across teams and tech stacks
• Mentor team members and promote collaborative engineering culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing large-scale web applications
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern React, especially with React Server Components
• Deep understanding of Next.js and server-side rendering concepts
• Experience with API design and microservice architecture
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, and AWS environments
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Ability to implement robust testing strategies as part of development process
• Experienced in leveraging observability tools for production support
