Senior Software Engineer- Blockchain Platform (Wallets, Liquidity & Bridging)

It develops and maintains infrastructure that facilitates the transfer and management of crypto assets on more than 55 blockchain networks, supporting millions of users. About the Opportunity:The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER role focuses on designing and building backend systems that enable wallet operations, liquidity movements, and cross-chain bridging. The position is critical in enhancing the reliability, correctness, and scalability of wallet infrastructure, directly impacting how digital assets are managed and transferred within the platform. Responsibilities:Design and deliver backend services using Go for wallet functions, liquidity orchestration, and cross-chain bridging.Develop distributed systems managing transaction lifecycle, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana.Improve system reliability and observability, participate in incident response, and implement fixes to enhance availability.Collaborate with various teams to integrate wallet services with downstream products and manage cross-team dependencies.Decompose legacy systems into modular, reusable platform services.Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, design feedback, and knowledge sharing. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Go.Experience designing and operating service-oriented distributed backend systems with high reliability.Knowledge of blockchain technologies such as transaction construction, on-chain indexing, and cross-chain integrations.Experience with decomposing monolithic systems into scalable microservices or platform architecture.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs and manage projects autonomously.Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to enhance workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Annual base salary range: $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
