About the role

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Social and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in growing our brand on relevant social platforms and leveraging the power of influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the global social media strategy, governance, and scale

  • Growing and developing all social media activities across Demandbase Social platforms

  • Building an internal Employee Advocacy program and developing an Executive Thought leadership platform on relevant social channels

  • Building and managing an influencer marketing program

  • Managing social media budgets

  • Analyzing and reporting on performance

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Building and nurturing relationships

  • Maintaining brand consistency

  • Staying ahead of the curve

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including identification, outreach, and relationship management

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights

  • Experience managing social media budgets and resources

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Self-starter and highly accountable to continuous progress and results

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in evaluating, integrating, and scaling with AI tools to increase efficiencies and quality

  • Experience with Oktopost, Asana and Jasper

  • Experience in the marketing and sales technology industry

  • Agency management experience

  • Graphic design and video production capabilities
