Job#: 3051435 Job Description: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager Location: Stamford, Connecticut (Onsite) Role Overview The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager is a key role within the brand marketing team. This is a specialized role requiring deep expertise in influencer strategy, tactic building and management, including hands-on experience building and executing full-funnel programs. This role partners closely with agency teams to bring strategy to life, including reviewing and sourcing talent, supporting execution, and measuring performance across influencer and creator partnerships. In close collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams, this role ensures influencer and creator tactics align with the foundational strategy and broader brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of influencer and creator strategies and tactics aligned to funnel-specific objectives, paid media needs, and broader business goals.Serve as a key day-to-day partner to the agency of record, managing timelines, reviews, tracking, and campaign launches.Support management of multi-million dollar programs from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.Support influencer and creator evaluation and identification for quick turn projects, ensuring strong brand fit and representation.Evaluate partnerships and approve influencer and creator rates based on performance, keeping the internal budget tracker updated.Review briefs, concepts, and content with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality before final approval.Coordinate approvals across Brand and Legal teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners like Product and Media teams.Collaborate closely with internal Social teams to ensure alignment across programs.Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring partnerships align with business and performance goals.Translate performance data into insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Required Qualifications Experience: 8–10+ years of dedicated influencer and creator marketing experience, including 2–3 years managing individual contributors. Experience at an enterprise size company; telecom, mobile, tech, ecommerce, or subscription models preferred; strong B2C services experience is also valuable. Deep expertise in contracts, FTC guidelines, and usage rights. Technical Skills: Familiarity with platforms such as Sprout Influencer, CreatorIQ, GRIN, and Aspire. Knowledge of AIO/SEO and influencer indexing. Professional Skills: Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines. Proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change within a complex, matrixed organization.
