Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 plus bonus

Primary Responsibilities
Serve as a SPP & Markets+ Trading & Settlements expert within the organization, ensuring charge code formulas and underlying market rules/changes are implemented within the PowerCore SPP & Markets+ settlement system.
Monitor and analyze changes to SPP & Markets+ Business Practice Manuals (BPMs) and API Specifications, advising on required product changes.
Participate in SPP & Markets+ market calls, including Release User Group meetings, Technical User Group meetings, Settlement User Group and Market Simulation meetings, to identify impacts and coordinate necessary product updates.
Advise Product Management and Engineering on implementing SPP & Markets+ market changes from Front to Back office in the PowerCore system.
Provide internal consulting on how charge codes or other ISO calculations should be performed to support Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Engineering.
Provide Tier 2 customer support by troubleshooting tickets related to SPP & Markets+ settlements.
Act as a subject matter expert on customer calls, helping to address complex technical questions regarding SPP & Markets+ Settlements.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience performing SPP settlement statement validations and disputes.
Settlement experience in SPP required.
Experience using SQL to analyze data.
Travel requirement: Up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Finance or accounting experience preferred.
MISO, ERCOT, ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, and CAISO experience is desired.
