Senior Litigation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate legal bill reviews per unit standards
• Partner with Regional Managers on billing filter integration into processes
• Communicate adjustment rationale effectively with detailed explanations
• Cook up vendor invoice processing to adhere to agreements
• Ensure 100% of legal bills are processed in under 45 days with proper reporting
• Engage in discussions with Claims and law firms to address billing issues
• Lead litigation cost containment training for Claims personnel

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school required
• 5+ years of practical legal experience required
• Active license to practice law in good standing in at least one state
• Strong foundation in litigation management and billing essential
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience in a specific discipline preferred
• Superior technical skills with systems like Bottomline Technologies and Microsoft Office needed
