Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the full sales lifecycle for complex, multi-tower ServiceNow opportunities, from early-stage shaping through to closure.
- Work in close collaboration with Sales Teams from Solutions Services Group and International Sales Organization to identify growth opportunities in existing and new accounts.
- Shape outcome-led value propositions integrating ServiceNow with Lenovo’s Consulting and Implementation capabilities.
- Engage C-suite and senior executives as a strategic transformation partner, influencing long-term digital roadmaps.
- Collaborate with consulting leaders, solution architects, engineering teams, alliance partners, and delivery executives to structure differentiated, high-value deals.
- Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across Lenovo’s DWS services portfolio.
- Represent Lenovo at executive briefings, industry events, and partner forums to enhance brand presence and strategic positioning for our ServiceNow practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on ServiceNow or similar platform-based solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-year transformation deals within enterprise IT services or consulting environments, deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, enterprise workflow automation, and digital transformation strategies, strong experience selling consulting-led and implementation services, including advisory, integration, and managed services, demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers in large organizations, experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments, collaborating with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems, strong commercial acumen, including pipeline management, deal structuring, and value-based selling, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, willingness and ability to travel as needed (domestically and internationally).
Pay
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $150K - $200K.
Schedule
Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
