We have an immediate opening for a part-time driver to assist with client transportation throughout Montgomery County, MD and limited transportation to Fairfax County, VA and Washington, DC.
About the role
Our drivers provide escorted transportation for clients to doctors’ appointments, recreational activities, and therapy appointments. JSSA's senior services help seniors maintain mobility and independence, offering safe and reliable door-through-door transportation to necessary appointments for frail seniors and those with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide escorted transportation for clients to appointments and activities
- Interact positively with seniors and deliver proactive customer service
- Assist clients who require the use of a wheelchair and wheelchair-accessible vans
Requirements
- Knowledge of the metro area and ability to navigate heavy traffic
- Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions
- Proof of auto insurance
- Excellent driving record

$20/hour

Flexible, part-time hours with no set weekly requirement
