Driver - Senior Living

Elmore Place is hiring a full‑time Shuttle Driver. This role is essential to helping residents stay connected to the people, places, and experiences they love.

At Senior Star, our Drivers do much more than transport residents—they create meaningful moments along the way. Whether you’re taking a resident to an appointment, supporting a community outing, or sharing a friendly conversation, you’ll help residents stay connected and feel valued.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, community outings, and special events.
• Deliver legendary hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience for every resident and guest.
• Assist residents as they enter and exit the vehicle with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
• Perform routine vehicle safety inspections and help keep community vehicles clean and well maintained.
• Partner with the Maintenance team during slower periods by assisting with general maintenance and community projects.
• Be a positive ambassador for Senior Star and help create a top‑in‑class experience for residents and families every day.

Requirements

• A safe driving record.
• DOT certification (or the ability to obtain).
• No CDL required.
• A friendly, dependable, and service‑minded attitude.
• Enjoy working with older adults and building meaningful relationships.
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed to support the community.

Pay

Starting at $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time position; weekends required.
