About the role

Timber Ridge at Talus is recruiting a hospitality‑focused Driver to transport residents to grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips as scheduled, and to assist with housekeeping duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van, bus, or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator with resident boarding and alighting, attendance tracking, and equipment coordination (walkers, wheelchairs, canes, etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into the vehicle.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash the vehicle.
• Perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Support a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top‑line revenue and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required.
• Enthusiastic, compassionate senior‑care professional with a passion for hospitality and senior engagement.
