Senior ServiceNow HR Analyst
The Role
The ServiceNow HR Analyst will be a part of a team managing day-to-day enhancements and fixes. This role will facilitate requirements, design, testing, and delivery of projects and system enhancements while representing stakeholder interests. The position will ensure the accurate collection, control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data. This role will have the opportunity to work across various Fidelity teams.
This position will manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defects, research and advise on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow, research and implement solutions to incidents and requests, and update standards and procedures documentation as required. The ServiceNow HR Analyst will also coordinate and publish HR Knowledgebase articles, assist with the creation of automated test scripts for future upgrade releases, leverage their thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements, and build trust and leverage solid working relationships with key business partners.
Expertise and Skills
- 3-5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 1-2+ years of ServiceNow development experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience
- Experience in another Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR System Management (HRSM) software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft or UKG HR Service Delivery Platform is a plus
- Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
- Coding experience would be a nice to have (JavaScript)
- Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
- Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
- Good business judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of all data
The Team
This role will be a key player on the Enterprise HR/Payroll Platform team, supporting ServiceNow. You will be part of a team focused on increasing efficiency and transforming the internal case management tool through technology. You will focus on the enhancements of ServiceNow and will collaborate with business and technology partners to solve issues, deliver enhancements, and provide ongoing support in an Agile environment.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
