Senior ServiceNow CMDB Architect – ITOM

Responsibilities

• Help rearchitect and enhance the CMDB ecosystem
• Improve data quality and operational efficiency
• Establish scalable processes for managing large volumes of Configuration Items (CIs)

Requirements

• ServiceNow CMDB certification (required)
• CMDB design and implementation
• Enterprise IT infrastructure management
• Business workflow development
• Strong hands‑on experience in CMDB design, governance, discovery, data modelling, and service mapping across enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Asset Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI reconciliation processes
• Experience managing discovery and CMDB data across Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper‑V, etc.), Network Devices, Storage Infrastructure, and VMs
