About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of hands-on experience to define and maintain a scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architecture for global environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a scalable, future-ready ServiceNow architecture for global environments.
• Lead architecture and design workshops, gap analysis, and provide technical governance.
• Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules across ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM, and Financial Planning.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, observability tools, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, design standards, and release management processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.
• Drive innovation through AI, predictive intelligence, automation, and low-code/no-code capabilities.
• Support Lighthouse implementations as scalable models for global rollouts.
• Collaborate with SIAM, OCM, and IT business units to drive adoption and maturity uplift.
• Lead design authority forums; mentor developers and administrators.
• Provide hyper care support, knowledge transfer, and user training during implementations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
• Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM, Financial Planning.
• Strong experience with CSDM, CMDB, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and ITIL processes.
• Strong scripting proficiency (JavaScript, Glide API).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to define enterprise platform strategy, governance, and operating models.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience in platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/IRM), CAD, CTA.
