Senior ServiceNow Architect

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers. CTA certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Program Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 4 years relevant experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies; strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM and ITAM; experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs; knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
• Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Nice to have: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
