About the role

The CLEAR Senior Service and Sales Representative (Senior Ambassador) makes magic happen every day by creating frictionless experiences for our members. What You'll Do includes driving enrollments, balancing high volume with quality experiences, resolving concerns, and training new and existing team members.

Responsibilities

  • Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and educating them about CLEAR's benefits
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for on-the-job training
  • Resolve traveler and/or member concerns or inquiries in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware and software
  • Support Managers and leadership in training new and existing team members

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
  • Desire to grow into a management or leadership position
  • Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes
