Senior Server Specialist - FT - Nights - MHS

Responsibilities

• Participates in routine security audits to assess performance and identify gaps.
• Communicates with system users to identify, explain, and resolve problems.
• Assists with the installation and cabling of infrastructure equipment.
• Maintains run books based on events and customer inquiries.
• Supports the design of workflows for seamless integration in client/server environments.
• Supports firmware and software updates for infrastructure devices.
• Performs routine backups and restores as scheduled.
• Ensures preventative maintenance is coordinated and performed in a timely manner.
• Completes capacity analysis and planning efforts for systems and infrastructure.
• Works with cross-functional teams to achieve operational accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems including Windows Patch Management.
• Experience with Microsoft administration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Information Technology Certification from a Professional Association (PROFESSIONAL ASSOC).
