About the role

The Senior Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations at our downtown Denver office. You will provide various administrative support services, including reprographics, records management, mail services, supply management, pantry services, facilities management, and IT-lite support. This role requires a professional and highly organized individual with strong technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform black/white and color copies, print files, and conduct quality control checks.
  • Coordinate overflow production, scan services, and track volume activity.
  • Manage records in accordance with Offit Kurman records retention policy, assist with new file creation, and process lateral hire files.
  • Support the collection of files for exiting attorneys, coordinate document destruction, and manage shred bins.
  • Process box submissions, retrievals, and returns, and manage records imaging.
  • Establish par levels for all supplies, manage inventory, and organize office supply areas.
  • Daily processing of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and freight, including overnight deliveries.
  • Provide assistance with shipping outbound mail and packages, including packing and tracking.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order, perform daily kitchen cleaning, and manage pantry areas.
